As disciplinas serão conduzidas individualmente, em inglês, remotamente, realizando pesquisas customizadas com cada aluno e nos dias e horários flexíveis combinados entre o respectivo aluno e o professor. The purpose of the course is to make the connection between Sustainability and healthcare and how the first one starts to change all the agents involved in the supply chain, since the communication formats, lean manufacturing, transport protocols, costumers and final placement of waste in landfills. The vision of a new formation of the supply chain seen through the prism of waste reduction and process optimization through the most recent concepts of lean production and serving a consumer who is more aware of the inputs involved in the production processes. Forcing the entire production chain to be more efficient, improving logistical results. Conscious production and consumption can generate greater efficiency and less damage to the environment, generating competitive advantages for companies that use it, contemplating the triple bottom line. The link between the supply chain with increased capacity for data analysis and reduction of human errors aligned with technological support through new machines and exams will transform medicine, expanding its potential for problem solving and reducing service time. Conscious production and consumption can generate greater efficiency and less damage to the environment, generating competitive advantages for companies that use it, contemplating the triple bottom line. Relevant topics to be addressed: • Supply Chain connected to care for the environment; • Traditional healthcare and its connection to new ESG concepts; • Improvements in health care; • Change of supply chain agents; • New relationship between service providers and consumers; • Changes in conscious demand; • Changes in stakeholder service paradigms; • Production of 5 journal papers in English and in top journals, 1 conference paper in English, and 10 essays in English.
