RESUMO
Tenho atuado em pesquisa com ênfase em apoio à decisão em organizações , gestão da qualidade total em organizações , organizações sustentáveis inteligentes e competitividade como resultado da integração entre tecnologia, sustentabilidade e centralidade humana. Estudos sobre o Ecossistema contemporâneo de IA. Governança organizacional.Gestão do Conhecimento aplicada às funções organizacionais (segurança e saúde ocupacional, gestão ambiental , gestão dos impactos sociais,gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, governança).
O meu principal projeto de pesquisa atualmente em vigor, com o CNPq, é : "Convergências entre as práticas da Indústria 5.0 , os princípios da Economia Circular e da Sustentabilidade". Recebeu reconhecimento no edital CNPq, Pesquisa Bolsas no País / Produtividade em Pesquisa - PQ - 2024. Processo: CNPq 305153/2024-2. Vigência: início: 01/08/2025; fim: 31/07/2029. Estudos sobre o Ecossistema contemporâneo de IA. Gestão do Conhecimento aplicado às funções organizacionais( segurança e saúde ocupacional, gestão ambiental , gestão dos impactos sociais).
inclusive com projeto registrado sob o número no Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico. Neste escopo de atividade em pesquisa, extensão e ensino, que é descrito pelas produções técnicas e cientificas decorrentes : interações com pesquisadores e centros de pesquisa nacionais e internacionais, produção técnica, artigos publicados em revistas e em anais de eventos, orientações em andamento e concluídas (graduação, mestrado e doutorado) .
Com a difusão na sociedade e nos centros de pesquisa do conceito de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, as organizações se veem pressionadas a adotar práticas de gestão que possuam Resultados de alto desempenho econômico, social e ambiental, ou seja, um modelo de gestão pautado no conceito do Triple Bottom Line. O Planejamento e Controle da Produção noambiente da manufatura 4.0 , da sustentabilidade e da produção enxuta, tem sido objetivos específicos que tenho desenvolvido. |
